Okay, I'm gonna' be the one to say it; isn't Pai Chan a little too similar to Lei Fang in terms of fighting style to be of some use in the same game?


Pai uses the fighting style Mizongquan (Mizongyi), which derives much from the Pakua Chuan and Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Chi Quan) styles. Since Lei Fang is a pure Tai Chi user, doesn't it make Pai a little...pointless? (also their character designs are a little similar, e.g. both wear a Cheongsam, are known to braid their hair, etc.)

I'm not saying that this is of course a bad thing; the more characters the merrier. But its just something interesting to think about


(also, if I'm wrong, feel free to call me out on this; I don't know too much about fighting styles)

Its an incentive to buy games new, rather than pre-owned. Long story short; a lot of game sellers like GAME were abusing the pre-owned games market to make a larger profit for themselves, and so companies created an incentive to combat this
