But as characters go, an off-colour pile of garbage isn't the most imaginative of things. Saying that, it could also be argued that Grimer and Muk were just as bad. Maybe I'm just too hard on the newer generations
Well... I guess if you say so. But.. the Pokemon doesn't seem to be garbage (but I can't really see it like that). I like Grimer and Muk were really great Pokemons (and they still are). Well... maybe you are a little too hard but that's you.

Actually, every Pokemon that came out (wow my browser doesn't think Pokemon is a typo anymore... haha) after Silver/Gold is dead to me.

The only video game characters I truly disliked were the twins Zorn and Thorn from Final Fantasy IX. Squaresoft made sure you genuinely disliked them before Disc 3, and not in a good way.
