The London expo is in about a month so we could have some news about by than or maybe sooner.

Does anyone else find Tecmo's tweets more annoying than insightful/interesting, or am I just being crabby?

I know how you feel Angryworm i'm getting a little annoyed myself i mean the last big update that we had was the Kasumi trailer and that was like the beginning of March we need another update and fast.

i'm not expecting TN to show the new character because that will shown at E3 but i want see Helena or Christie or at least the end of the waterfall stage.

i think they will just show the akira vs kasumi fight

it feels like they should shown us that part weeks ago i mean i think we waited at least 2 weeks for the Ryu trailer that was shown at last years TGS.

TN really annoy me sometimes

Team Ninja can take the mick sometimes but they just want to make the game good and it is not long to wait now for us to see more characters in the game.

On "Mila" (and Rig!)
I don't mean to be racist but this bugs me, as it's generally ignored by the community. IMHO she needs to be South American. We have plenty asians from Japan/ China. We don't need to have Koreans as well. Don't et me wrong, I know they're different countries, but they are of the same root, and asia is over represented already. South Americans have 0 representation. Not one. Single. Person. People talk about wanting a balnced cast from around the world, but this has been generally ignored on all the DOA forums I've looked at.
So of course, my choice for "Rig" would have to be a black person from an african country. I think it's obvious why with only one black person in the game, and from america.
I doubt this is gonna happen though. Every fighting game you play, both South Americans and Blacks are EXTREMELY under-represented. And to be honest, most people don't give two hangs about it

On TN tweets (this is the longer rant by far, so be prepared! XD)
I don't mind hearing these things from Team Ninja, and I think it's important for us to know what's going on behind the scenes, but I don't think that these are even close to replacements for character info, trailers, etc.

i get what your saying, but Milas name is a slight give-away to her contient,

with that name and being braizilian or argentinen wont go,

I still think its sad that a character from Scandinavia isn't more represented in fighting games. The first ever Scandinavien character was Tekkens Lars (that's also me real name btw ). I still think a character from Denmark or Norway would be unique because it's something you havent seen before

Will TN is a Japanese company so you do have to expect them to make more chracters that are Asian. My guess is that Milia will be Korean and Rig will be another American character.

Well, I really hope that there will be more than just 2 new characters. Having 2 new characters is just way too small IMO

they may decide to add another character

It doesn't matter where they're from. It's racial discrimination. A lot of people don't want to hear that, but I'm just calling it as it is. Being from one country doesn't give you the right to put more people from that country in the game than others -_- . In other words, no, you don't have to expect them to make more characters asian.

Though I agree you don't see many from Denmark or Norway, I don't think they would be very unique. The fact is, when it comes to things like this, it has to be looked at through a broader spectrum than countries -such as continents and colour of skin. Otherwise, you're gonna have to have 196 characters to have every country represented. Both Europe, and whites are already very well represented in DOA -and the majority of other fighting games.
